Mandate Manager Fiduciary 70 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent management of mandates in the areas of accounting, taxes and payroll administration

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for natural and legal persons

• Advice and support for our clients on business management and tax issues

• Leadership and development of a small team

• Optimisation and digitalisation of processes in accounting

• Co-shaping and establishing a new location in Zug

What do I need to be successful?

• Entrepreneurial thinking

• Further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma or equivalent, preferably already in training at expert level or the desire to do so

• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services

• Experience in managing employees is an advantage

• Affinity for digitalisation and IT-supported processes

• Experience and enjoyment in working with AI

• Software: Bexio, Abacus and preferably SwissSalary

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with clients
