• Technical and disciplinary management of PLM support with responsibility for service quality, stability, and operational capability
• Ensuring efficient operational support including prioritisation, escalation management, and continuous quality assurance
• Further development and standardisation of support processes, methods, and PLM standards
• Responsibility for software, version, variant, and release management in the product development process
• Consulting and supporting departments in architecture, process, and tool decisions in the PLM and software environment
• Management and coordination of collaboration between departments, IT, and external service providers and partners
• Planning and implementation of sustainable migration, transition, and replacement strategies for legacy systems such as SMARTEAM, 3DX, or AUTOCAD

• Completed technical or IT-related training or studies with experience in the PLM environment and support of complex system landscapes
• Sound knowledge of Teamcenter, SMARTTEAM, and 3DX as well as understanding of mechatronic products and software management throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Responsibility for operational PLM support including operation, prioritisation, service quality, and continuous optimisation of support processes according to ITIL
• Experience in analysing technical requirements and converting them into sustainable, Teamcenter-compliant technical concepts based on the principle "Standard before Customising"
• Technical expertise in software and systems engineering concepts as well as in the support and further development of PLM systems and legacy landscapes
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style with strong teamwork skills and cross-departmental collaboration
• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex technical matters to different stakeholders and to support users empathetically
