French-English Securities Reconciliations Specialist

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in providing administrative and managerial staff, temporary and permanent, across numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a French-English Securities Reconciliations Specialist for a one-year assignment within an international private bank.

Mission:

• Securities/funds reconciliation with various custodians
• Manual entries, discrepancy checks and investigations
• Management/follow-up of pendings

Profile

• Ideally a banking CFC, native French speaker with fluent English
• 2 years of successful experience in Securities/Funds reconciliations in a Swiss bank
• General knowledge of securities back-office
• Good command of MS Office, Excel, GTMatch/GTExchange and Globus if possible
• Precise, proactive, good team spirit and good stress management
• Valid work permit for Switzerland and available immediately
