SAP Supporter - EWM (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Processing and monitoring of incidents and system operations within the SAP environment
Recording and coordination of requirements from the specialist departments
Support for SAP EWM as well as interface modules such as SD, LE and MM
Coordination of external service partners and monitoring of interfaces to ERP, MES and subsystems
Execution of system tasks according to checklists as well as willingness to on-call duty
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or IT degree
Very good knowledge of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA with a focus on SD, LE and MM
Several years of experience with warehouse management processes as a key or super user
Sound knowledge of SAP EWM 9.5 / S/4HANA and logistics processes
Very good German skills, French advantageous, as well as team-oriented and diplomatic communication; experience in change management
