Your Tasks
• Responsibility for the preparation and cooking of the daily meal offers
• Preparation of the required mise en place
• Ensuring a high-quality and attractive presentation of the dishes
• Active sale of our products and friendly advice to our guests
• Checking the return of dishes and helping with the washing up
• Independent cash register management
• Implementation and control of hygiene regulations, food laws, and safety regulations
Your Profile
• Professional experience in gastronomy is an advantage
• Cheerful, open, and communicative personality
• Enjoy working independently and in a team
• High degree of flexibility, reliability, resilience
• Flair for an appealing presentation of food & drinks
• Very good knowledge of German required, English is an advantage
• Usual work shift in the early service from 6 a.m.
• Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends required
