The EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family Day Care, which includes around seventy family-based carers, nine preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. We are looking for a: Structure Director at 55% for the UAPE Clochatte, 72 places, located in Mont-sur-Lausanne. You will report to the Director of the care sectors of our General Management and will benefit from the support of a 20% assistant. Your main mission is to ensure the optimal operation of the structure in line with the strategy of our association.

Your missions:

• Ensure the optimal operation of the structure while respecting the mission and legal framework.
• Ensure the quality of services offered to children and their families in accordance with set objectives.
• Take responsibility for the team under your charge, support them, unite them, and oversee their development.
• Manage budgets efficiently and engage financial resources thoughtfully.
• Handle the administrative management of the structure.
• Guarantee links with internal and external partners.

Your profile:

You have a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate great adaptability, kindness, and patience. You are recognised for your ability to unite people, to foster commitment around common projects, as well as for your interpersonal and communication skills. You hold a diploma as a Childcare Educator ES and have completed your training with a CAS in team management and project leadership, or an equivalent qualification. You have at least five years of experience in a similar role. A clean criminal record extract and a valid driving licence are required.
