Your tasks
- Build and grow strategic collaborations with airlines in your European region, strengthening our brand presence and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
- Be the go-to partner for our high-value clients — ensuring they experience nothing less than world-class support and service.
- Understand customer strategies and ambitions, then translate them into winning business solutions.
- Bring fresh market insights and trends to the table, helping shape our commercial strategies and ensuring SR Technics stays ahead of the curve.
- Represent SR Technics at aviation events and industry forums, making sure our voice is heard and our brand shines.
- Collaborate across teams and regions, sharing knowledge and driving alignment on priorities.
- Keep our CRM data sharp and reliable to fuel smarter decisions.
Your Profile
- ·A seasoned Business Development or Engine MRO professional with 5+ years of experience in the aviation MRO industry.
- Someone with a strong network of regional and international contacts — and the confidence to leverage them.
- A skilled communicator and presenter who can inspire trust and engagement at all levels. Able to do that in English and preferably French.
- A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves bringing fresh ideas and delivering results year after year.
