Your tasks
- You take on both driving and loading our collection vehicles for refuse, green waste, cardboard and paper collection tours according to the deployment plan.
- You empty containers and collection bins properly and operate the tipping devices as well as other vehicle equipment safely.
- You work closely with your crew and ensure a reliable and smooth process of the collection tours.
- You share responsibility for occupational and operational safety and pay attention to the safety of your team as well as other road users.
- You carry out cleaning, maintenance and inspection work on vehicles and equipment and take on general tasks in the depot.
- You perform on-call and standby duties and undertake winter service assignments with plough vehicles.
Your profile
- You appreciate the variety between driving and loading and undertake both activities with equal commitment. You adapt flexibly to different tasks and assignments.
- You hold a category C driving licence as well as a valid CZV certificate.
- You enjoy physical work, are resilient and feel comfortable working outdoors – in all weather conditions.
- You work reliably, independently and efficiently. Responsibility and safe working are natural to you.
- You are a team player, communicate clearly and respectfully and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner in public.
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least at level B2.
- Experience in waste disposal, recycling or transport logistics is an advantage. Particularly important to us are your willingness to pitch in and your enjoyment of teamwork.
