Role:
In this role, you use your mechanical expertise to ensure precise and reliable manufacturing of components for the safe transmission and distribution of electrical energy. You take responsibility for timely and high-quality production, from machine setup to monitoring ongoing processes. You apply modern manufacturing methods purposefully, analyse deviations, and independently initiate optimisations to increase efficiency and quality. You work closely with adjacent departments to ensure smooth processes throughout the entire value chain. With your professional know-how, you contribute decisively to the reliable implementation of demanding solutions in the high, medium, and low voltage sectors.
Responsibilities:
- You manufacture mechanical parts and spare parts precisely according to drawings.
- In this role, you undertake assembly, adjustment, and minor prototype work.
- You ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of all manufactured parts.
- As a mechanical manufacturing and production specialist, you operate, maintain, and service the machines used.
- You flexibly support adjacent areas such as assembly and logistics.
- In this role, you actively contribute to the optimisation of workflows.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical or craft training in the mechanical field, ideally as a polymechanic
- Experienced in mechanical processing with a strong technical understanding
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control
- Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working style
- High reliability and sense of responsibility in daily work
- Strong team spirit and flexibility in handling changing tasks
