Social Worker Specialist Unit Society (60-80% position) fixed-term until 30.06.2027

• Voluntary social counselling for residents of the city of Rorschach on the following topics: Living in Rorschach - Leisure - Housing - Health - Securing livelihood - Language - Cohabitation and integration - Family – Networking.
• Participation in open short consultations at the Info*Office
• Participation in prevention projects at the tReff
• Cooperation and networking with partners, institutions, and specialist units
• Conducting welcome and information talks with newly arrived migrants
• Contributing to the further development of the Specialist Unit Society

For this demanding role, you bring a degree as a social worker FH or an equivalent qualification. You show interest and flair for low-threshold work focusing on community needs and are an open, sociable personality who enjoys varied work. You like to work independently and in an agile and dynamic team. You are characterised by high empathy but also assertiveness and flexibility.
