Automotive Diagnostic Technician / Mechatronics Technician Role as Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take over the operational management of our workshop and are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly - both technically and organisationally.

• Leadership and organisation of the workshop operations

• Planning and coordination of daily tasks

• Support with demanding diagnostic work

• Quality assurance of the work performed

• Direct customer contact and technical advice

• Training and promotion of our apprentices

• Participation in day-to-day business (diagnostics, repairs, HV work)

• Further development of processes and procedures

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, diagnostician or workshop master

• Leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility

• Strong professional pride and high quality standards

• Independent, structured way of working

• Customer-oriented thinking

• Driving licence category B

• German spoken and written
