Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and restoration work on production systems and machines

• Ensuring system availability through preventive, precautionary, and fault-oriented maintenance

• Analysis and rectification of faults in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components

• Professional execution of repairs as well as optimisation of mechanical processes and system workflows

• Implementation of improvement measures to increase system reliability and efficiency

• Documentation of completed work as well as reporting deviations and improvement potentials

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training EFZ as a mechanic, machine mechanic, polymechanic, operations mechanic, or maintenance mechanic, alternatively further training as a maintenance specialist

• Professional experience in the maintenance of production systems

• Many years of practical experience

• Sound knowledge in pneumatics and ideally experience in hydraulics and mechanical drive technology

• Basic knowledge in chip-removing machining

• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation 6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-6:00) as well as on-call duty

• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style

• Team-oriented and communicative personality with a strong service orientation

• Good PC user skills (Outlook, Word)
