Electrical Technician 100%
Your tasks:
- Creating value for our clients. Repairs of building technical equipment and systems in the areas of production, office, and infrastructure buildings.
- The core task is to be performed as needed at all supported clients and locations (internal and external)
- The core task is the independent comprehensive maintenance, repair, and execution of smaller installations in the HVAC-S sector.
- Shift / on-call work is to be performed
- Ensures support and contact with building users, the site manager, and the client.
- Conducts order monitoring regarding costs and deadlines
- Defines measures to achieve the set financial goals for the buildings under their care
- Planning, design, coordination, and execution supervision of maintenance and repairs by maintenance technicians, as well as third parties, of building technical and cleanroom technical systems and facilities of the buildings under care.
- Planning, design, coordination, and execution supervision of installations on building technical systems and facilities
- Preparation of offers, specifications, tenders with the responsible client / operations manager, drafting of credit applications, project proposals, and execution projects.
- Creation of energy-saving proposals in collaboration with the maintenance technicians in the buildings under care.
- Procurement of additional orders
- Documentation of completed work according to client requirements or internal inspection and maintenance processes.
- Creation of documents for work execution (e.g. checklists, work instructions, etc.) as well as for administration (e.g. to-do lists, pending tasks, order lists)
Your profile:
- Professional training in ventilation technology / building technology, extended in electronics, automation
- Training as a maintenance specialist or service technician HFA climate is an advantage
- Several years of experience in operation, installation, and maintenance of building technical systems
- Insightful and team-oriented, customer- and performance-oriented behaviour in a service company
- Knowledge in handling PCs and the programs available in the BAS area, as well as common measuring devices and data loggers
- Good motivation
