Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:

Medical Nurse (M/F) 70-100% fixed-term contract

To strengthen our Medicine department, from 1 January 2027 for a fixed-term mission until 30 June 2027

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience in acute care required.
• Great adaptability to the demands of the different departments to which you are assigned.
• Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigour.
• The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
• Good emotional control, proactivity and flexibility.
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values.
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a comprehensive therapeutic project.
• Work interprofessionally with the aim of providing quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient.
