What you can achieve:

Reception and reception duties as well as operation of the emergency telephone switchboard
Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
Reception and administrative admission of patients
Recording and maintaining patient data in the designated computer systems
Care and monitoring of the Samedan hospital building
Control and security rounds inside and outside
Identifying and eliminating hazards including electronic data recording
Alarm interventions on site and implementation of necessary measures
Operation of sophisticated technical systems and devices

What you bring:

Completed vocational training or comparable education
Impeccable character
Swiss citizenship, C permit or B EU/EFTA
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Oral knowledge of English and Italian
Driving licence category B (own car required)
High personal responsibility and independent working
Confident handling of PC and standard software
