They manufacture state-of-the-art power semiconductors used in motor controls and inverter systems. This technology significantly contributes to energy efficiency in industry, transport, and the use of renewable energies. Job Description

• Independent fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairs (2nd level support) on highly automated manufacturing systems in close cooperation with the production team
• Carrying out time- and condition-based maintenance and inspection work on systems and components
• Calibration and quality control of systems as well as ensuring stable production processes
• Optimisation of systems, robotics, and processes in close coordination with the engineering team
• Documentation and communication of all performed work to ensure production quality and throughput

We expect

• Completed vocational training as an Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance or automation technology
• Knowledge of control technology, pneumatics, and robot programming is required; additional certifications in robotics are an advantage
• Good communication and social skills
• Willingness for continuous development and shift work (including weekends)
• Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
