Senior Construction Cost Planner / Construction Economist

Your field of activity

• As a construction cost planner, you identify opportunities and risks in project analysis
• You calculate using preliminary quantities, key figures and contractor offers using Desite, Bluebim and Messerli
• In the tender phase, you lead planners
• To achieve an optimal result for the client, you develop project variants and client-specific tender solutions
• You compile the tender dossiers and accompany the price negotiations

Your foundation

• You have completed a technical construction education as a site manager HFP, technician HF building planning structural engineering or architect FH, civil engineer FH
• You have already worked in site management and bring the experience gained there into construction cost planning
• You are familiar with the GU/TU service sector and can view and assess construction projects holistically
• With initiative, you tackle new tasks and problems, work independently and think entrepreneurially
• You convince through your communication skills in discussions and negotiations and at the same time are characterised by resilience, reliability and openness to innovations
