Polymechanic EFZ

For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the field of precision manufacturing, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable person as CNC setter / Polymechanic in a 2-shift operation.

Your tasks

• Setting up, programming and operating automated CNC lathes
• Processing of high-quality workpieces using CNC as well as conventional milling, turning and drilling methods
• Carrying out quality controls and visual inspections
• Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and care of machines, systems and measuring equipment
• Documentation of production processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing an advantage
• Knowledge in setting up and operating CNC systems
• Experience with twin-spindle lathes an advantage
• Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc)
• Precise and quality-conscious working method
• Team-oriented, resilient and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
