Nursing Expert or APN (80-100%)

Your Responsibilities

• Professional responsibility for the further development of nursing quality and practice
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing concepts, guidelines, and standards
• Professional advice and coaching of staff in complex nursing situations
• Planning and conducting training sessions and practice-oriented further education
• Support and further development of nursing processes and quality assurance
• Assistance with assessments and internal quality reviews
• Leadership or moderation of case discussions within the interprofessional team
• Participation in internal specialist and development projects as well as relevant specialist groups

Our Requirements

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH or Bachelor/Master in Nursing
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in long-term care or geriatrics
• Sound knowledge in nursing development and quality management
• Experience with nursing processes and assessment tools is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of common IT systems
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Enjoyment in knowledge transfer, practical support, and professional development
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• High social competence and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
