For the Creative Studios department, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Creative Studios (70-80% workload) from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
The Creative Studios consist of the specialisations weaving, paper, wood, ceramics, cards, and candles. You will lead the various teams with a total of 10 specialist employees and 30 employment and sheltered workplaces.
Main tasks
- Leadership of the "Creative Studios" department. You share responsibility for the attractiveness and high quality of our own products and services
- Practical and educational support of our employees with support needs and assistance in the training of IV PrA apprentices
- Promotion of the skills, resources, and abilities of the entrusted employees with support needs
- Organisational and planning responsibility as well as leadership of the educational team
- Collaboration and representation in the individual areas during the absence of other team members
- Development and planning of Schloss brand articles in cooperation with the studio teams
- Promotion of cross-team collaboration. Recognising, utilising, and planning synergies, opportunities, and resources
- Economic and strategic leadership with a focus on current market trends
Requirements profile
- Completed vocational training and ideally experience in the craft sector
- Strong creative and manual skills
- Educational training or comparable qualification
- Resilience, flexibility, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Motivated, committed, and independent personality with a focus on organisation, planning, and administration
- Good IT user skills
- Leadership experience and/or willingness to undertake further training "Team Leadership"
