About the job

Your mission

• Convert accepted offers from clients into orders and process them according to their specificities (standard order, refinancing, lease buyout, etc.);

• Manage the various stages of scheduling machine deliveries to clients (appointment organisation, returns or relocations) up to the handover of files to accounting;

• Be the guarantor of perfect internal cross-functional coordination among the different stakeholders involved in a case;

• Respond to price requests from the sales department in consultation with the carriers;

• Check and process invoices from transport suppliers.

Your profile

• Training in logistics;

• Proven experience in a logistics department, ideally within an SME;

• Strong organisational, planning and file tracking skills, working independently;

• Proactive with a genuine desire to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;

• Motivated, dynamic, flexible personality with excellent team spirit;

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and correspondence;

• B1 level in English;

• Comfortable using common IT tools (Office) and an ERP system.
