The boarding school of the Zurich Dance Academy is home to about 47 national and international students aged 12 to 18 who cannot live in their previous environment during their training due to geographical distance. The taZ boarding school complements school, training, and family by providing an environment where young people receive support for age-appropriate developmental steps and gaining autonomy.

Your Tasks
You actively accompany our young people in the boarding school during the daily routine and support them in organizing and managing everyday life. Your responsibilities also include evening shifts, on-call duties with overnight stays, and weekend duties. Furthermore, you take on administrative and organizational tasks, making a significant contribution to the structural and content-related design of the boarding school operations.
