A Social Worker for the Terre-Sainte CMS

Your profile

• Holder of a diploma from a recognised social school such as HES (social work stream with a focus on social services), EESP-Swiss School of Social and Pedagogical Studies, Bachelor in social work or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of social insurance and the Vaud medico-social network
• Ability to organise independently and adaptability
• Listening and negotiation skills
• Driving licence essential

Your added advantage

• Knowledge of the home care sector
• At least 5 years’ experience in the medico-social field

Your future tasks

• You support patients and their relatives in carrying out specific and complex procedures for therapeutic purposes, relying on a helping and supportive relationship
• You ensure liaison and orientation activities with relatives and the medico-social network
• You are the reference partner for the multidisciplinary team on social matters
• You provide a reference and expertise centre for members of the multidisciplinary team on legal, insurance, and administrative issues
