What you will be responsible for with us:
- Management of ongoing accounting (debtors, creditors, general ledger)
- Preparation and processing of VAT returns
- Independent preparation and participation in interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
- Conducting variance analyses and business management analyses
- Operational postings and maintenance of financial data in Microsoft D365
- Preparation of reports for executive management / board of directors
- Support in the further development of controlling instruments
- General administrative tasks to relieve the head of HR and finance
Your backpack is packed:
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) in fiduciary or finance
- Further training or ongoing education in the finance sector (e.g. accounting clerk, federal specialist certificate)
- Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
- Confidence in final accounts according to OR as well as knowledge of Swiss tax law for legal entities
- Knowledge of inventory valuation or experience in a trading company is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
- High IT affinity and interest in digital work processes
- Team spirit, commitment and loyalty
