Specialist Fiduciary Service & Social Administration 50-60%

In this role, you will manage the accounting and administration of our clients within the fiduciary service, thereby creating security and clarity in financial matters. When setting up new mandates, you will work in coordination with social counselling and apply your expertise purposefully.

You contribute to ensuring that people in different life situations are well supported and relieved. You work closely with our social workers and assist them in administrative areas. Through your commitment, you ensure that the concerns of our clients are handled efficiently, correctly and reliably.

In addition to these tasks, you will take on our telephone service on several mornings per week and refer seniors to the appropriate specialists or organisations. Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks for the specialist office and participate in events.

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Commercial employee with EFZ
• Further training or experience in social insurance is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Independent, structured and careful working style
• Discretion and responsible handling of confidential data
• A positive view of ageing and understanding of the concerns of older people

Home Helpers for the Active Home Help Service

For our Active Home Help Service, we are looking for committed and reliable home helpers for the Olten-Gösgen region, available immediately or by arrangement, in a part-time position of 50% or on an hourly wage basis.

Your tasks

• You support older people in everyday life with household tasks, for example with cleaning, cooking or shopping.
• You provide flexible assignments by arrangement.
• You treat clients with appreciation, patience and a sense of responsibility.

Your profile

• You work reliably and enjoy working with older people.
• Ideally, you have experience in the household sector.
• You are flexible and enjoy working independently.
• You have a driving licence and your own car.

We are looking for leaders for our hiking and cycling groups

Do you enjoy leading groups in the 60plus age segment? We are looking for committed leaders, preferably with an esa adult sports qualification, for our hiking and cycling groups in Solothurn and Olten.

As a hiking or cycling leader, you plan tours independently and experience together with older people that exercise is enjoyable at any age.

You bring the following qualities:

• Good physical condition
• Regular physical activity
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with older people
• Sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and openness to new things

You support and accompany older people in everyday movements. You help them gain security and minimise the risk of falling. As a movement coach, you are an important contact person for the older person.

What you bring

You want to volunteer, are sociable and reliable, and would like to accompany an older person once a week and do something with them.

• Light gymnastics indoors and outdoors
• Accompanying everyday activities, e.g. climbing stairs or handling a walker

Course Leader International Dances in Olten

Do you enjoy teaching groups in the 60plus age segment? Are you enthusiastic about movement and already have a completed qualification as a course leader in dance?

We are looking for an interested leader who would like to lead the course

International Dances in Olten in a team of two.

The courses in Olten take place on Wednesday (09:30 - 11:00) and Thursday (14:30 - 16:00) in the Old Catholic parish hall.

These are dance lessons to music, where folk dances from around the world are danced. Our course leaders are remunerated on an hourly basis.
