BIM Modeller / Technical Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional as a BIM Modeller Electrical Planning / Technical Clerk for an innovative engineering environment. You will create and edit electrical plans, schematics, principle diagrams and BIM models for diverse construction and building technology projects. In addition to digital planning, you will support surveys, project documentation and tenders and work closely with project managers and other specialist planners. The focus is on modern, BIM-based electrical planning and 3D modelling as well as structured technical project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Creation and editing of electrical plans, schematics and principle diagrams for various construction and building technology projects
Modelling and maintenance of BIM and 3D models for electrical installations
Preparation of design, execution and revision documents for electrical planning
Technical processing and updating of plan documents using NOVA and Tinline
Development and maintenance of plan templates, standards and reusable planning elements
Conducting and documenting on-site surveys and system inspections
Supporting project management in preparing tender and bidding documents
Coordination of plan statuses, technical interfaces and model information with internal and external project participants
Conducting plan and model checks to ensure high data and planning quality
Supporting quantity determination and technical documentation for tenders and project execution
Contributing to the further development of BIM standards, digital planning processes and 3D workflows within electrical planning
Qualifications:
Completed training as an Electrical Planner EFZ, Electrical Installer EFZ or comparable basic electrical training
Practical experience or solid knowledge in electrical planning and technical plan processing
User knowledge in BIM and 3D modelling
Knowledge of NOVA and Tinline for digital electrical planning is an advantage
Experience in creating electrical schematics, principle diagrams, execution plans and technical project documents
Knowledge of tendering procedures and BIM-based project management is an advantage
Good German language skills for technical documentation and collaboration with project participants
