Plant Operator (m/f/d) in a 3-Shift Operation

On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Plant Operator (m/f/d) in a 3-shift operation

Main tasks:

• Independent operation and monitoring of production plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Detecting and resolving minor faults on the plants
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Conducting quality controls and documenting the results

• Work in a continuous 3-shift system

Desired profile:

• Technical basic training or several years of experience as a plant operator in production
  
• Experience in electroplating or surface technology is an advantage
  
• Understanding of technical processes and process interrelationships

• High quality and sense of responsibility
  

• Team player, flexible and resilient

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation (early, late, night shift)

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
