Junior Data Analyst

For our client, Société des Produits Nestlé SA (NPTC), Orbe, we are currently looking for a:

Junior Data Analyst

Temporary assignment ? 9 months (until end of November)
Start date: ASAP
Work rate: 50% to 60% (3 working days per week)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage R&D time tracking routines, including reminders, user maintenance and CTE (Collective Time Entry) inputs
• Monitor and support email automation processes using Power Automate, in collaboration with Data Analytics team (Nestlé Business Intelligence)
• Update the R&D Launch Calendar on a quarterly basis
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between HR SAP and R&D time tracking data (twice a year: June and November), including data preparation and follow-up
• Develop, optimize, and automate portfolio reporting using Power BI
• Conduct mid-year portfolio compliance assessments and support Project Managers in closing identified gaps in different data platforms (Idea2Launch, Doxis, PPRM SharePoints)

What will make you successful :

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics or Data Science
• Strong interest in data analysis and data-driven environments
• Good knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and MS Office
• Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL or similar) are a strong asset
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
