Pisciculture de Vionnaz SA, a renowned company in fish farming and processing in Switzerland, is seeking a Head of the Processing Facility. This key position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the quality and excellence of our products in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the processing facility.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage and train the processing team to guarantee efficient production.
• Plan and coordinate processing activities according to production needs.
• Control stocks of usual materials and ensure supply.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise production processes.
• Maintain machines, equipment, and premises.

Qualifications

• Experience desired in a similar role, ideally in the food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and Swiss regulations on hygiene and food safety is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a cold environment and in contact with fish.
