The Regional Head of IT Production is a strategic position, responsible for overseeing the technical teams in charge of IT infrastructures across three branches: France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. This key role involves ensuring the proper functioning of critical systems, supervising task automation via Control-M, and securing file exchanges through Axway Secure Transport.
As a member of the management committee, you will play a central role in harmonizing practices between the different entities while ensuring the continuity and performance of IT operations.
Main responsibilities:
Oversee IT production infrastructures:
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT platforms.
- Ensure continuity of operations and rapid resolution of critical incidents.
Manage IT production teams:
- Lead and coordinate teams distributed across sites in France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
- Harmonize processes and tools between the different branches.
- Develop team skills to meet the company's needs.
Supervise task automation:
- Manage the use of Control-M to ensure optimal scheduling and execution of IT processes (batches).
- Ensure the reliability and smoothness of automated processes.
Secure file exchanges and data flows:
- Oversee file exchanges between internal and external systems via Axway Secure Transport.
- Guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of exchanged data.
Contribute to the overall IT strategy:
- Actively participate in the management committee to define IT strategic priorities.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to improve the stability, security, and efficiency of infrastructures.
- Implement initiatives to harmonize and optimize IT practices at the regional level.
