About the job
Personnel and technical leadership as well as establishment and further development of software teams operating at several international locations
Overall responsibility for the strategic software solutions and architecture of the SEB Professional Software platforms throughout the entire product lifecycle
Definition, further development and assurance of a uniform software strategy, engineering culture and modern development processes across locations and brands
Strategic planning and management of development projects (resources, deadlines, costs, quality) including build and version management as well as documentation
Evaluation and introduction of new technologies, methods and tools as well as initiation and implementation of continuous improvement measures
PROFILE:
Completed technical studies in Software Engineering or Computer Science
Several years of experience in software development of mechatronic systems at senior level with pronounced leadership experience in an international environment as well as willingness to travel internationally
Very good knowledge in relevant software areas (embedded, PC applications, distributed systems, web backend/frontend, mobile) as well as a solid basic understanding of mechanics/hardware, sensor technology, drive technology, control engineering
Extensive experience with modern development processes, UML, object-oriented programming, requirements and risk management (e.g. FMEA, fault tree analysis) as well as with tools such as Polarion
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1), combined with strong communication and decision-making skills as well as a structured, fact-based working style
