About the job

• As a trusted sparring partner, you advise and support managers as well as employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• The recruitment of new employees from job posting to successful placement is your responsibility and contributes significantly to sustainable personnel acquisition.
• You actively participate in the further development of HR processes and change initiatives, contribute to cross-departmental projects, and drive optimisations at relevant interfaces.
• With a strong service orientation, you ensure professional HR services and are responsible for the operational implementation of personnel-related topics including administrative processes in your area of responsibility.

• A further education in Human Resources or a higher education at HF/FH/University level with a business administration background forms your professional foundation.
• For at least five years you have been working as an HR Business Partner in Switzerland and confidently advise managers on complex personnel and organisational issues. Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
• You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince with your strong service orientation, communication skills, and negotiation ability.
• You confidently navigate between operational and conceptual HR management, bring experience in HR projects and change topics, and use digital tools proficiently. Knowledge of Abacus and good English skills complete your profile.
