We are looking for an engaged group leader for the mixed-age group at our GLATTPARK location.

What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
• Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
• Guiding learners in the group
• Creating an educational partnership with families
• Organizing and conducting excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as a FABE, educator, or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
