Head of AHV/IV Supplementary Benefits 70-85%
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional management of the AHV/IV Supplementary Benefits implementation office with 2-3 employees
- Responsibility for the implementation of legal requirements
- Challenging administrative tasks (billing with the Cantonal Social Office, appeals, statistics)
- Advice and support for recipients
- Calculation and payment of benefits according to the relevant laws
- Completion of preparatory tasks and corrections related to audits
- Continuous development of the AHV/IV Supplementary Benefits area
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training
- Further education in social insurance (SVS certificate advantageous)
- Several years of practical experience in social insurance/supplementary benefits
- Initial leadership experience or strong motivation to start a leadership position
- High social competence and enjoyment in working with elderly and disabled people
- Good German skills and pronounced digital competencies (knowledge of ZL Pro advantageous)
