Your missions
To support the finance department based in Marsens:
- Support and advise budget managers in establishing and monitoring their budgets and provide them with the necessary analyses for the financial management of their activities and implementation of monitoring and financial reporting tools
- Participate in the establishment of analytical accounting by cost centre according to REKOLE® standards and in the preparation of dashboards and statistics
- Manage and monitor projects according to the needs of the institution and the department
- Provide cover for colleagues within the controlling team
Desired profile
- Higher education in finance, management control or business economics (HEC, HEG, University or equivalent qualification)
- Proven professional experience in management control, ideally gained within a hospital or health institution
- Excellent command of Excel and very good proficiency with common IT tools
- Analytical mind, rigour and service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in collaborating with service managers
- Excellent oral and written command of French, with good knowledge of German
