Your challenge with us
- You are responsible for our ITSM system (Omnitracker), which you maintain and develop
- You implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve response time
- You quickly and efficiently identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- You work closely with our internal teams to develop the ITSM application according to their needs
- In collaboration with our DevOps team, you have the opportunity to develop our business process platform
- You have an overview of our monitoring solution and take care of internal and external clients in collaboration with the DevOps team
What you bring
- Thanks to your analytical skills, you enjoy taking on new challenges and always approach problems in a solution-oriented manner
- You have a degree in computer science or equivalent training as well as several years of experience in using ITSM systems and processes; an ITIL certification is a plus
- You have solid knowledge in API integration and development as well as experience in scripting and automation
- Successful projects in ERP integration and development facilitate your start
- You are available to participate in on-call service as part of our monitoring solution
- You speak and write very well in French and English
