- Responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of security-relevant systems and services
- Management of client/server infrastructures based on Windows and Linux as well as virtualised environments
- Monitoring and further development of automated processes
- Ensuring stable operation and configuration of networks and firewalls
- Participation in incident management (2nd and 3rd level support)
- Creating and updating system documentation, instructions and checklists
What you bring with you
- Degree in computer science or apprenticeship as an ICT specialist EFZ or career changer with further training in computer science and several years of professional experience
- In-depth expertise in operating systems, especially Windows and Linux; Red Hat is an advantage
- Experience with automation tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Ansible
- Solid knowledge of networks and firewalls
- Good knowledge of the ITIL process landscape; experience with agile methods is an advantage
- Independent, proactive and conscientious working style as well as a high customer and service orientation
- Good German and English skills (level B2)
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
