These tasks await you:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the device assembly area with the help of two shift supervisors and 70 employees in shift operation

Monitoring and controlling production orders in close coordination with internal departments

Ensuring seamless communication on an equal footing through consistent shop-floor management

Continuous development of the department as well as increasing efficiency and productivity using established lean management methods.

Customer-oriented leadership of production focusing on quality, delivery readiness, and process optimisation

Ensuring knowledge transfer and training of employees

What distinguishes you:

Completed technical training with further education as a technician HF or comparable qualification

Several years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry

Experience in optimising and controlling manufacturing processes based on relevant key figures

Experience in introducing, applying, and further developing lean management principles to sustainably increase efficiency, quality, and productivity

High social competence as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style

Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
