Description
- Develop a clear, future?oriented marketing vision that supports company growth and strengthens the brand's market presence.
- Lead the evolution of the product/menu strategy in collaboration with insights, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Build and coordinate a yearly marketing activity plan, ensuring alignment across all business units.
- Shape the media agenda, defining investment priorities and guiding external partners and agencies.
- Ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, from idea to market release, and continuously optimize based on performance results.
- Communicate priorities and progress clearly to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and the broader field network.
- Coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering creativity, ownership, and collaborative ways of working.
Profile
- Significant experience in marketing leadership roles within large organizations, ideally in Food.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is appreciated.
- Strong understanding of how product/menu development connects with consumer expectations and business performance.
- Proven ability to manage complex 360° campaigns and guide creative and media agencies.
- Solid commercial acumen paired with analytical thinking and data?driven decision?making.
- Ability to influence across functions and lead teams through change and growth.
