Tasks
- Training in all departments, workflows, processes and systems to understand the core business of a supermarket
- Introduction to the role as deputy manager with operational and conceptual tasks
- Willingness to complete internal specialist training in sales, inventory management, self-competence and leadership as well as support in various sales outlets
Requirements
- Completed vocational training EFZ in retail food
- You are already employed at Coop or have experience from a leadership role in retail food.
- Willingness to undertake further training to become a DH specialist.
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and high social competence
- Commitment and willingness to engage for common goals
- Organisational talent, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations
- Team-oriented personality with a courteous manner
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
