Our client, a company active in the industrial sector, is looking for a Production Team Leader at 100%.

- Supervise and coordinate a production team on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with quality, deadline, and performance objectives
- Ensure the application of safety rules on site
- Organise work and manage priorities according to production needs
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

- Technical training (CFC or equivalent) in an industrial field
- Proven experience in team management in a production environment
- Leadership, rigour, and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite a team
- Comfortable with performance indicators and production monitoring tools
