- You actively work in the management on the strategic development of the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden
- You take on matrix and specialist responsibility for outpatient and inpatient care as well as the MTTB at all locations
- You lead the directly subordinate areas with around 150 employees and ensure efficient processes and high service quality
- You continuously promote the improvement of patient-centeredness and cost-effectiveness
- You lead and participate in internal and external projects as well as committees
This is what you bring
- You have a degree in nursing at the tertiary level and solid knowledge in business administration and process development
- You have several years of experience in nursing and leadership with a focus on personnel and organizational development
- You act solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and have a high customer and service orientation
- Strategic tasks are enjoyable and suit you, you are digitally savvy and characterized by assertiveness
- You are strong in communication, act independently, and serve as a sparring partner with other management members
