Your future area of responsibility

• HR from A to Z: From the first contact to the last working day. You accompany our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding through active personnel administration to departure.
• Close to the team: Central contact person for employees and managers on HR questions as well as support for more complex personnel cases together with hotel management and our trustee.
• Salary & payroll: Preparation of monthly payroll data, coordination with external payroll accounting, and ensuring correct and timely processing.
• Safe through everyday HR: You keep an eye on the L-GAV, labour law, and social insurances and ensure correct implementation together with those responsible.
• Working hours: Responsibility for our time recording system MIRUS, including working time control and support for employees and managers on questions regarding time recording.
• Hotel daily routine: Besides classic HR topics, you also support hotel management with organisational and personnel matters in day-to-day business – from key and uniform allocation to other current daily topics.
• Further development: Optimisation of HR processes, structures, and digital tools as well as participation in personnel projects.

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector. Further training in human resources is a prerequisite.
• Experience in personnel administration and the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to departure.
• Good knowledge of the L-GAV as well as Swiss labour law.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as a good sense of priorities.
• You like to pitch in, think pragmatically, and find solution-oriented ways even in the lively hotel daily routine.
• Strong social skills, empathy, and service orientation as well as the necessary sensitivity in dealing with different personalities and demanding situations.
• Discretion, loyalty, and a sense of responsibility in handling confidential personnel data and sensitive HR topics.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage.
