Your Tasks
- You look after our guests, perform concierge duties and occasionally assist in service.
- You work at Check-In / Check-Out and assist in the reservations office.
- You carry out reception and administrative tasks.
- You support sales and marketing activities.
Your Profile
- Good to very good performance in the commercial secondary school
- Winning, confident and friendly personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Good German, English and French skills, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
- Responsible and precise way of working
- Reliability and discretion
- Flexibility and openness to new things, as well as communication skills
