Account Manager (m/f)

Area of responsibility

GENESIS Swiss Team AG has been successfully active for more than 25 years and has a loyal customer base. Customers include large and medium-sized companies from various industries. The Account Manager is responsible for the sales concerns of our customers as well as for the development and expansion of existing and new solutions and services from GENESIS's product and solution portfolio. Tasks include, among others:

• Account management including building, expanding as well as supporting and advising new and existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers and projects
• Active management of sales phases and support of project implementation

Our requirements

As an Account Manager, you have, among other things,

• Sales experience in the ICT sector and a strong customer & service orientation
• Knowledge of various industries and their technologies is an advantage
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Conceptual knowledge in ITIL, Service Management & IT Security and Risk Management
• Broad know-how in IT and the ability to position this in projects
• Good relationships with companies and key stakeholders are an advantage
• Completed studies or higher vocational school/training, specialising in computer science
• Good knowledge of English and French, spoken and written, is an advantage

DDI Engineer – Consultant 100% (m/f)

Job description

You are responsible for the professional execution of our projects in the area of DDI (DNS, DHCP & IP Address Management). You plan, advise and implement customer projects with our DDI management solutions (EfficientIP and VitalQIP). Together with the customers, you create IP, DNS/DHCP, as well as DNS security concepts and implement these with our IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions. Your careful work contributes significantly to the success of our customer projects.

You will have enough time to familiarise yourself with the interesting topic, supported by an existing and long-established team of specialists.

As an important contact person for our customers, you also support them beyond the project duration as a 2nd and 3rd level support engineer. In addition, you are available as a specialist for our sales and marketing department and support them in corresponding on- and offline activities.

Qualification

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally have several years of professional experience. If you have already completed higher IT training, are studying part-time or are even already working as a network engineer, this is a great plus. Ideally, you have initial practical experience with DNS (ISC BIND, MS DNS), DHCP and IP Address Management or even know products from the DDI environment. The most important thing, however, is that you can enthuse yourself for something new!

Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through a professional working style and understand how to carry out projects in a goal- and customer-oriented manner. Good knowledge of German and English as well as high flexibility, teamwork and a confident manner in dealing with customers complete your versatile profile.
