We are looking for a Pricing & Comm Ops Support (m/f/d) in Basel

A temporary 6-month position supporting pricing and commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, and reporting to the Commercial Process Manager.

Main activities include:

• Preparing, updating, and distributing price lists (annual and ad hoc changes)
  
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of pricing data across Excel files and internal systems
  
• Supporting price uploads and maintenance in SAP and related tools
  
• Assisting with tracking and follow-up of commercial contracts
  
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to align pricing information
  
• Handling pricing-related queries and supporting operational reporting
  

The role typically requires:

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a similar field
  
• Experience in back-office, administrative, or commercial operations environments
  
• Exposure to pricing or contract-related topics as an advantage
  

Key skills and qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills (mandatory, ideally including VBA/macros)
  
• Solid SAP knowledge (mandatory)
  
• Fluent English and at least one Western European language

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
