Social Assistance Caseworker (60 - 80%)
What you will achieve with us
- Ensuring an efficient and professional first contact for people registering for social assistance
- Clarification of responsibility as well as preliminary clarification of entitlement to benefits
- Supporting social workers during the initial clarification process through various administrative tasks
- Administrative support for social workers in ongoing case management, including clarifications with third parties such as health insurance companies, social insurances, and other relevant agencies, mail processing, and master data maintenance
- Ensuring a professional point of contact for all concerns addressed to social counseling at the counter or by phone
How you will impress us
- Commercial basic training, ideally experience in social assistance and/or social insurance
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and the ability to act reliably even in stressful situations
- Flexibility and willingness to step in, especially during vacation absences
- Understanding and sensitivity in dealing with people in challenging life situations
