Maintenance Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently take care of overhauls and maintenance of our production facilities - reliably and with full oversight

• You plan maintenance, implement it on schedule, and document everything neatly

• You get to the bottom of malfunctions, eliminate the causes, and improve our systems through clever adjustments

• You lend a hand with conversions, new machines and products - from installation to commissioning

• You build special constructions, collaborate with external fitters, and are there for us in emergencies ?

What do I need to be successful?

• You bring several years of experience in machine maintenance - ideally from the food or pharmaceutical industry

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic/automatic technician EFZ - further training as a maintenance specialist would be great but is not mandatory

• You speak fluent German and communication runs smoothly with you

• You are well acquainted with production facilities and have practical experience in pneumatics and automation technology

• You approach technical challenges in a structured way and can sustainably solve complex malfunctions using drawings and documentation

• You are customer-oriented, treat colleagues with respect, and work independently and solution-focused

• You are flexible for three-shift operation and willing to regularly take on on-call duty

• Basic knowledge in hydraulics as well as mechanical manufacturing (turning, milling, welding) is a plus ?
