The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the MTTB Department under the leadership of Ms Jana Schmid, we are seeking to complement the team immediately or by arrangement a Certified Expert in Anaesthesia Care NDS HF for a workload of 80-100%.
Your tasks
- Conducting anaesthesia under supervision or delegation of a specialist doctor
- Professional, patient-oriented care in the operating theatre and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ensuring anaesthesia service around the clock, taking into account the defined intervention times
- Supporting and initiating first measures in resuscitations and emergency situations
- Maintenance and provision of materials, medications and equipment according to professional quality standards and norms
- Promotion and supervision of trainee Certified Experts in Anaesthesia Care NDS HF
Your profile
- Certified Expert in Anaesthesia Care NDS HF with Swiss training
- High quality and service awareness
- You maintain a respectful approach to patients and gladly take on a high level of responsibility
- You enjoy working independently and are a person with high professional and social competence
- Team player with strong communication skills and good manners
- Knowledge of common PC applications
- Working in an attractive shift system
