To strengthen our team in the Food sector (Fruit & Vegetables) we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Assistant, 50%, starting from 01.10.2026, at the Vezia location.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads and soups.
- You ensure the processing, freshness and quality of the products.
- You structure sales arguments into conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You independently and reliably implement the weekly promotions.
- You organise the sales area and establish seasonal focuses.
- You check that the sales counters are well stocked and clean.
- You create an appealing commercial atmosphere in line with our strategy.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene standards.
Your profile
- Preferably, you have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy.
- You have already gained professional experience in an equivalent position.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer flow and to remain calm and keep an overview in hectic situations.
- You have a positive attitude and a neat appearance.
- You have a reliable, meticulous and independent working method.
- You have a strong affinity for Food products and sustainability.
- You are flexibly available according to resource planning.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
